BitLocker Drive Recovery Key

I recently tried to find my BitLocker recover key through my Microsoft account "Manage Recovery Keys" link for my device. This link will no longer work for me for some reason. It just results in an endless loop of trying to connect to my Microsoft account even though I am already connected. Has anyone else seen this problem?
I did manage to find my BitLocker recovery key by entering manage-bde -protectors -get C: in the CMD prompt in administrator mode. It may be a good idea to note this key before it is needed and not rely on your Microsoft account to supply this information.

Is the link still failing for you?

It's working fine for me.

But remember that besides the Microsoft site being down, so could, too, your internet connection. Consequently, that is the reason--in addition to backing up my keys to my Microsoft Account--I prefer to manage the keys myself and I back them up in a locally-encrypted file on my USB drive, NAS, and in OneNote.

You shouldn't have a single point of recovery (failure) for your BitLocker Recovery Keys.

The link still is broken for me. A puzzling situation for sure since all the other links on the Microsoft account site works fine....

Your point of having multiple points of recovery is sound. I thankfully looked for my BitLocker key before any catastrophic events happened so didn't really need the Microsoft account solution. I found this alternative method to find it, and decided to share it just in case someone else had the same Microsoft link problem. I printed the key and filed it away just in case it is needed in the future.
