You are correct. Let's deal with one issue at a time. Are you sure you logged in to your own account when it said you had no keys.

And do you possibly have several MS accounts? I have three.

But you do need to answer our questions - it is frustrating that you don't put more effort in to enable us to help you.

I have logged into the laptop ms account, and that also states there are no keys, and that Bitlocker is not enabled.

A Microsoft account is not tied to any computer. I can log into any of my accounts on any phone or computer. If your laptop is encrypted and the account you log into at aka.ms/myrecoveryykey says no keys are connected to that account, then you have the wrong account.

Can you search all your emails for the word bitlocker and see if it offers any clues?

Until you start to answer questions I really can't be bothered to offer any more advice!

I only have 1 account. If I check on my PC it also says there are no keys on the account. Bitlocker is disabled on both devices.

I have searched emails, and also all files on PC, and there is no mention of Bitlocker anywhere, only ref is this forum.

Do you have any backups, sometimes called image backups? If not, you will have to clean install Windows and will lose everything on the laptop.
I suggest you take it and the charger to a local computer repair shop. Get a quote before agreeing to any work.
