Welcome to the forum. It is going to be very hard for anyone to advise you without more information. Please fill out the system specs portion of your forum profile so we will know what hardware and version & build of Windows 11 you are working with. Are you using discrete graphics or integrated graphics? If it's an OEM device provide model number.

Is this a new upgrade or install of Windows 11 or has 11 previously worked on this device? Is it a new build?
Tell us what led up to this situation. The more information we have, the better advise we can give.

hey! sorry about that i went back into my acct and filled out the specs portion.

i built my pc at the beginning of this year running on windows 11 with the same specs i have now. just a few days ago i was trying to download a game from game pass and an error message kept popping up. so i started researching that problem to see why it does that , i realized i haven’t updated my graphics driver. i tried to do that and it told me i didnt have permissions. saying im not admin (my acct is the only acct on my pc , i also never changed anything for that to happen leading to this) now im trying to figure why i all of a sudden im not admin of my acct. i signed out and unplugged it to now sign in with a black screen and i couldn’t do anything from there i could only use it in safe mode. i tried every recovery mode and some i cant do ;like uninstall any updates, system restore. so i research more and seen that just uninstalling your driver from safe mode could help so i go back into safe mode and now it’s flickering. anything i click on to bring up it the flickering just shuts it down and my start menu wont come up.

IMO your conundrum is getting into a state where you can troubleshoot. You can't gather log files because you can't get past the BSOD in windows nor can you use safe mode.

I would do a quick test boot from a Windows 11 install usb. If flickering and/or BSOD exist in windows setup, you have a hard hardware fault so proceed troubleshooting it as such. Eliminate it being your monitor or monitor cable. Use another graphics card. (I really believe that's what it is)
Still no joy, suspect the motherboard or ram.
(To eliminate ram, remove all ram but one stick in first slot and boot into Windows setup again. If flickering still there, replace that stick with one of the others)

Once no problems exist in windows setup you should be able to use safe boot using your account to gather logfiles and perform any further troubleshooting ZBook requires once he can read your logs.

If windows setup seems OK , but you still can't get into safe mode using your account, try enabling the hidden administrator account from command prompt at boot using option 5 here Enable or Disable Built-in Administrator Account in Windows 11 Tutorial
If you are able to use safe boot using this account but not your own it would point to an added problem of your account being corrupted.

Once you can get into safe mode by whatever means, Uninstall the graphics driver using DDU and see if you can boot into windows normally using the standard MS display driver.

FYI for some reason the Ryzen 5 3600 is no longer on Microsoft's latest list as being compatible with Windows 11 though it previously was. If it comes down to having to clean install windows, you might have to use the install method for installing 11 on incompatible hardware.

Hope all this makes sense.

This probably has nothing to do with your issue, but...

Are you really running with the Microsoft Basic display drivers? Those will give very poor performance.

I suggest getting the drivers directly from nVidia. As far as I know, no desktop nVidia cards require custom drivers.

As @bobkn noted, looks like you have removed your Nvidia driver as I suggested which is good at this point. Have you attempted to log into Windows normally since you removed it?
Or Did you still get a BSOD?
