Blank icons on taskbar after Outlook installation...

Hi everyone,
I was setting up my new work laptop and, after installing Outlook, some pinned icons (not all) of the taskbar became blank.
I've looked for solutions on internet and I've found a lot, have tried most of them but no one worked.

I tried:
- change icon from properties window
- reset icon cache file
- DISM scan & restore
- sfc scan
- uninstall latest windows update
- resinstall one of these applications
- update graphic driver

Windows 11 v22H2 build 22621.1992

Can anyone help?

Your taskbar icons are located here:

%AppData%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar

Put that line in after pressing WinKEY + R together and press enter.
Right click on the icons giving you problems and check their properties.
Be aware that a explorer restart or sign-out will be needed in order to see the changes.

@winuser80 - Have you hovered the mouse cursor on the gaps where icon should be to see if pop-up text appears. I had this happen to me and the icon was actually there but the icon colour had taken on the taskbar colour and blended in giving the appearnce of a gap. See my thread here for the solution that worked for me: -

Oops, I see @Rollback_Jockey already suggested this. Sorry it doesn't work for you.

If installing Outlook caused the problem have you tried uninstalling Outlook and reinstalling it?
