In the simplest of terms, threats and attacks continue to evolve just as defenders and defensive technology.

Hey T2T, I am unable to read what looks like a photo taken with a phone. We've asked multiple times that you use screenshots so we can read everything.
For us to help you, you have to work with us here. From what I can tell it looks nothing like my Malwarebytes screen so I am in doubt that it is MWB.

It could be embedded in your system already & it just reactivates every time you reboot.

If you can find the IP addy it's coming from you could just block that although the IP on malware can change & they usually have a few addys, if one gets blocked the other one kicks in.

You could try the following.

D/l RKill & run it.

As RKill only terminates a program's running process, and does not delete any files, after running it you should not reboot your computer as any malware processes that are configured to start automatically will just be started again. Instead, after running RKill you should immediately scan your computer using some sort of anti-malware or anti-virus program so that the infections can be properly removed.

Now run your AV/Malwarebytes & see if it finds/deletes anything.

Also might want to try running this.

AdwCleaner is a free program that searches for and deletes Adware, Toolbars, Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUP), and browser Hijackers from your computer. By using AdwCleaner you can easily remove many of these types of programs for a better user experience on your computer and while browsing the web.

Hopefully this helps you out & you find the problem.

And yes, a larger clearer picture would be better so we can see what exactly it is you are having problems with.

That resembles the typical "scare ware" web page from a browser. Notice what appears to be a phone number in the top banner. You should probably instruct T2T how to bring up Task Manager and kill the browser when you hit those websites.

Hello @Timmy 2 toes

Running the free Malwarebytes AdwCleaner now and periodically is excellent. Thank you, @Borg 386. AdwCleaner may also be setup as a batch job.

It is unclear if you have yet to install the effective and free Malwarebytes Browser Guard.

The forum cannot determine whether the computer has Malwarebytes 5 for Windows free or the standard edition, which affords real-time protections.

HTH
