How can I block MSIX installers?

Again, WHY block MSIX installers? I'm not trolling. I really need to know, so I can also block MSIX if necessary.

Why? Because you can sideload a downloaded MSIX package file, even after the Store app is blocked or removed. A MSIX package can be installed by:
  1. Clicking on the package file in File Explorer. DesktopApp Installer will walk you through the install process.
    Removing the DesktopApp Installer app will block this feature. But you lose winget (since it's part of DesktopApp Installer).

  2. Running a PS command to add the package. This requires admin rights.
    Don't give yourself or someone else any admin rights.

That's the argument for NOT blocking MSIX. What's the argument FOR blocking?

"Because you can sideload [apps]". You're thinking as a single home user, not as an IT admin worried that users (ie. school kids) are trying to install games on managed systems.
