I am stuck in the blue screen. Start up repair couldn't repair. And forgot my password in command prompt.
Is there a way around this? I've tried everything I could find online. It's getting program has died or something like that.

Welcome to the forum. Would it be possible to take a photo with your phone and include it with your post OR at least give us the error you are getting in its entirety. We need something to work with here.
Did this issue occur following a windows update?
Had you changed anything prior to blue screening.
Any changes at all?

Also what is meant by " And forgot my password in command prompt."

You don't need a password to access the Command Prompt in Recovery Mode.

It sounds like your HDD/SSD is failing or has failed.

For an HP computer, start it and press the ESC key repeatedly and choose Diagnostic UEFI. It should tell you the status of your drive
