I hope this is in the right place, i am looking for software i can use to blur faces in the photos i take ( i have my own website) I used to use Adobe Photoshop but now thats gone subscription and i can not afford it - so does anyone have any suggestions

I recommend Paint Shop Pro 7.04
Gaussian Blur, the only way to fly. :-)



There's also GIMP (free, open source), a lot like Photoshop. GIMP has a pretty steep learning curve.

Paint.net is also a good alternative. There is a lot of really good apps for Image manipulation
