PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!
Several years ago when I built the computer I added an internal USB hub ULT-unite. It connected to the mobo
F_U32 connecter plus a power supply. Worked great until now. I found it by removing all external connections
and it started normally. One by one I plug everything in and restarted each time until the problem returned.
A special shout out to zbook for sticking with me. Thank you all for your input!
