boot to safe mode WITHOUT networking using CMD immediately without waiting

currently I use shutdown.exe -r -o, however it takes around 30 seconds for the system to start rebooting.

I also tried the msconfig route but it's not ideal, because I still need to switch off the safe mode after fixing my PC.

Is there a better command line I can use to reboot directly into safe mode WITHOUT networking?

just to add: using bcdedit, I also have to toggle it back once I'm done. I'm looking for a command line that can let me do a once-off safe mode reboot, then back to normal startup after I'm done.

hi @zbook, have already tried bcdedit as mentioned above.
