Bootable App (ISO, USB) That Can Uninstall Windows Apps?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for an app that can (I assume amongst other things), uninstall Windows apps from a bootable USB. Does anything that does this exist?

While probably it is included with WinPE ISOs, such as Sergei Strelec WinPE, you can download the portable version of Revo Uninstaller and use it from WinPE USB (aka Windows Live USB). If you can restart Windows in Safe Mode you should be able to use the portable version there.
