Trying to change Disk ID but can not access the drive with any Windows on other drives.....no video when I try

The Macrium Reflect bootable rescue media allows access to command prompt.
And Macrium Reflect allows you to create the bootable media... easily.
From there you can access Diskpart.
IF... that's what you're looking for.

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
The standard Windows 10/11 installation flash drive has diskpart. Boot the computer from it and at the first screen that comes up press Shift + F10 to get the command prompt.

Computer will not boot if the drive is connected to any sata port, unhook the other drives and can boot and install OS, but connect the other drives and no boot again....I tied both 10 11 installation flash drive and none would run diskpart

I've been able to run diskpart from every Windows 10/11 installation USB flash drive I have every created, which has been dozens. At the first screen asking for language, keybaord, etc, press Shift + F10 (or Shift + FN + F10) to open a command prompt. Then just type diskpart and press enter.

My computer will boot fine until I connect the Intel SSD or the other Samsung 850 EVO 120gb
Disk 0 has Win 10 64
Disk 1 is used for backups
Disk 2 is Win 11 64

I think I have motherboard issues, I got Fedora installed on one of the drives that prevents booting. All worked fine but I never shutdown the computer (power off) This morning same thing not boot, disable drive 0,1 and 2 , then it boots fine into fedora..Leave Fedora installed with drive 0,1 and 2 not video/boot
