Booting from NVMe SSD reports a problem with file winload.efi

I had a problem with a Crucial NVMe SSD which I have returned. I purchased a Samsung 980 SSD and it has worked so far. I have cloned it from my system disc but when I try to boot from it I get this error:
The application or operating system couldn’t be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors.
File: \Windows\system32\winload.efi
Error code: 0xc000000e

I tried to copy the file from my working system drive but I don't have the permission.
