Only one mini dump file was created with BSOD bugcheck 116.

Shut down and reseat the video card. Especially if you don't see that BSOD, but Windows just suddenly reboots itself.

So when the video card is plugged in, the bsod is related to it, and when its not its related to the onboard ryzen gpu. Feels like whackamole,it must be another component

Myself when running a discrete GPU I disable the iGPU in the bios to avoid conflicts.
Upgrade to the latest Nvidia driver 576.88 as older drivers had black screen issues.
