Hello folks,

This is Samsung Galaxy Flex Book 2. This laptop is primarily used for school purposes only, where Google Classroom is the most often used resource. So nothing intensive, but faces quite regular BSODs. Looks like related to intel display driver or the kernel.

The intel display drivers are up-to-date.

Not too sure what can be done to resolve this BSODs.

Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your reply.

I failed to notice that the memory dump is too large for the forum so posting on Dropbox.

I also ran Nirsoft's utility (screenshots attached, updated drivers from Intel's website but it did not address the BSOD.

Any helpful pointers are welcome.

Thanks.

Thank you for the detailed reply. I followed all the steps, The TuneUp report is attached. I could not save the Memtest report, but there were no errors after 4 passes.

Thanks in advance.

2) Run Memtest86+ for eight or more passes > take pictures > post images or share links into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

Plan to run continuously for one to two days.

A minimum of eight passes is required.

It sometimes takes passes into the 20s to identify malfunctioning RAM.

Just one error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.
