In other words, I answer yes to antspants's question to OP in How to change the 'Welcome' screen picture . That is what I want to do. Windows only allows you to make them the same or completely eliminate the sign-in screen, as in Enable or Disable Show Lock Screen Background on Sign-in Screen in Windows 11 . It apparently provides no way to make them different, and I have to assume that there's no registry hack to achieve this or Brink would have posted a tute. So is there some third-party hacker utility out there that can do this?
