Can we add some features in Windows 11?

Hi,

Recently I upgraded my computer from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

I couldn’t find some of options in Windows 11.
I did Google search and as per my knowledge, Windows 11 doesn’t have these options.

• In Taskbar settings, Combine taskbar buttons with Never
• In Start Menu, creating group of applications.

Please let me know, whether by using registry or third-party or by anyway can we add this option,

Can we add these option in Windows 11?
