Can we allocate static IP to WSA on every boot?

WSA is auto-assigned new internal IP addresses whenever WSA boots up (e,g, 172.***.***.***)
This leads to issues while working with FTP server (android) apps for mapping network drives on windows.
Because, the IP on which the network drive is initially mapped, gets changed every time WSA is rebooted.
So, the network shortcut gets invalid.

Is there any way we can assign a static internal IP to WSA?

Exactlky why I posted it - I assumed it would be pretty much the same reason, and about the *only* way to attempt it.
