Can you open Windows & other files & Folders like Win-7 as shown here in Win-11 ?
I use Multiple Monitors. When I try to open a New Folder in a monitor other than Main Monitor, it still opens in Main Monitor only. In Win-7 I can do it in any monitor I want & it stays there.
