Cannot Access Administrative Shares with Local Admin Account

The Problem
I am unable to access to w11 administrative shares (like C$, ADMIN$) from other computers on same network using the w11 (admin) account password. Able to connect to manually created share without any issue.

What I've Tried
I found and reviewed the following Microsoft documentation, but it did not resolve my issue:

Just found about "LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy" DWORD value to add in registry. I did but even after reboot, issue is still same

EDIT: Nevermind, it seems to be solved. Not sure why it didn't work when i manually create a reg file, i ended up entering a provided code in CMD. Is there already a tuto on this forum with associated regfile? I'd like the link. I'd be surprised there's none since it appears without it you just can't access admin shares..

There's no tutorial for LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy, but it has been mentioned here and there.
