I have already attempted to troubleshoot based off this thread and contacted Microsoft Support about the issue. Basically, when I attempt to download any app from the store, I receive the error. I attempted to troubleshoot Windows Update (as suggested by this post) through the settings, only to be met with a need to download Get Help from the Microsoft Store, which I cannot do. I have tried using the terminal as a admin to run a command to download it, only to be met with the same error. I did not have Get Help from the beginning because I am running Tiny11, resulting in most built-in apps not being installed on default.
These are all the things I've done to troubleshoot:
- Reset Windows Update Components
- Reset the store cache
- Re-register Microsoft Store
- Checked and fixed the time and date
- Preformed a network reset
^ all above troubleshoots are from this thread
- Checked for corrupted files in the install and repaired them (as suggested by the support agent)
Only thing I haven't done is actually do a repair install or a in-place upgrade, but I'm not sure how I would be able to do that with me using a altered version of Windows (Tiny11) and my install being done through BOOTCAMP (meaning the Windows install is running on a partition on a MacOS drive).
I would like to find a solution, or if I have to reinstall, find a way to do that that preserves my personal files and apps and still runs Tiny11. If I can reinstall with a different Tiny11 iso than the one I used for the inital install that would be great as well, but it is not a requirement.
