Cannot find the star folder icon

I cannot find the star folder icon in the icon customization menu. I have an older drive from W10 that displays it. I wanted to add the same icon to another folder, but I cannot find it in the menu selection.

Go here. download the zipped file. Unzip it. Copy the icon to a location on your computer. Then change the icon by pointing to the saved location.

I ended up pulling a trick. I emptied the folder on the external drive, did a copy paste of the folder on the target path and then moved the content inside. I'm still unsure where that icon comes from. I can definitely say W11 recognizes it because it was looking different on W10.
