Someone running Windows 11 Build 25193 got the following message when he/she tried to run "uos_installer_downloader_v1.0.0.0033-jtgw.exe".

Does Windows 11 have that DLL file?

After googling and translating a few pages... I think you want this...
I've seen solutions for your problem with different Visual C++ runtimes. So maybe the "all in one" will work for you.
