Now that you're back to square one I would hide the offending update. Download the wushowhide.diagcab tool from here and follow how to hide the offending update. You'll have to turn on Windows update so the tool can see it when you run. There's also an option in powershell. Once you get the Comp running with windows update on you should then, hopefully, be able to install the Microsoft store.

Just don't follow how you use that software at all. I run the software but it doesn't show any updates to hide or unhide. If I have to run windows update for wushowhide to see it before I tell it to hide it then I have to system restore to get my PC working then I won't have wuchowide any more surely?

In your screenshot I see you try to run
command1 | command2

Try executing each command separately, don't combine them with the | symbol

You must type the command with the dashes ( - ) exactly as you see it. It is better to just copy the command from our posts and paste it in PowerShell to avoid typing errors. If it still doesn't work you have corrupted Windows 11. You must fix that first and then Microsoft Store.

Try copy-pasting this code in PowerShell:

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Your Windows installation is corrupted. I would backup, wipe the disk (delete all partitions) and reinstall from USB

If the built-in version of PowerShell (6) is damaged, maybe you can install and use PowerShell 7 instead. Look here: Installing PowerShell on Windows - PowerShell
Select the MSI package version (Microsoft Installer)

I wasn't aware it was damaged but this is what |I get with it same as the normal PowerShell:

What exactly is the run box? Power shell cmd box or something else? Windows app troubleshooter wont run.
