Solved Can't create new Outlook (web) e-mail.

Hi everyone,

Last night (as well as this morning) I went to create a new Outlook account with MS over the web. My name was good to go, typed in a good password, entered birthday and then clicked on and held (my left mouse button) on to the blue "button" at the bottom (to prove I am human) beyond the check mark, but all that happens is that the three dots glow on and off in sequence (see attached).



If I let go of the mouse button, I get a "try again" message. Last night I tried holding the mouse button (in the blue area) for over five minutes, but the button stayed the same (with the three dots glowing). (see below)




Attempted the same this morning and nothings happening (except for the three dotes) until I let go and get the "try again" message.

Does anyone have a hint of what's going on with creating a new e-mail account?
