Can't display flipbook contents

I view the BMW club's magazine on their website. It comes as a flipbook. All I see are blank pages. Chrome is up to date. I went to Edge; same problem. Edge is up to date. Windows version is 25H2 64 bit. I tried my Google phone. Can't see it. Any suggestions?
