Can’t get into my Office account

Trying to log into my Office account. Logging in with [email protected] works at office.microsoft.com, which redirects to m365.cloud.microsoft. I am logged in:



However, when I click on “View account,” I get another login screen and log in with the same credentials. That, in turn leads to this:



It’s contradictory! What is going on?

The account is a Microsoft 365 family account. The email domain is registered through Network Solutions, with Network Solutions also providing email service for users in the domain.
