hi all, ive been trying to install some software on my pc, (win11 home 64 bit (10.0 Build 26200)), but i keep getting 'incorrect version of windows' or 'sp1 required to install application' error messaages, this happens will anything i try to install, i tried another program yesterday and got a 'failed installation' message, so i clicked the link and found that my pc had failed a 'sanity check'..............................how can i fix this

Well obviously it appears to be getting the wrong version of the OS. Do you know how to open the registry and search it? If you do, search it for 6.1.7600 and post the screenshot here.

Where did you get Adobe Substance from for it to be giving you these errors?

from a friend, just to try it out, because i have'nt been able to install any software for a long time, now i know because all software thinks i'm running windows 7, and not windows 11

Why would you need to get it from a friend? Did he give it to you with a way to bypass activation or license requirements?
If it's pirated software, it would be no wonder there are issues.
