The settings app freezes and then closes quickly after clicking 'Installed apps'
Windows 11 25H2 26200.6899
sfc/scannow shows no errors.
Resetting the settings app doesn't fix the issue.
It works fine on other local accounts.

I'd like to avoid doing in in-place repair with the ISO, so I'm asking the forum. Thanks!

I couldn't.
I also can't replicate the error, and feel like I exhausted my own abilities troubleshooting.

I fixed it by migrating my account to a new user.

Interestingly, after re-adding my microsoft account it requires online sign in using a Yubikey that I use for my MS account. It asks for a PIN, but there's no box to enter one. After clicking sign in it brings up the online sign in page and asks for my security key.

This is my preferred behavior and I couldn't figure out how to implement it before, all MS docs I've read indicate that you need to be a member of an organization to use this feature.

"It works fine on other local accounts."

This could mean a corrupted user profile.
