Can't use mouse or keyboard on advanced startup.

When I go into my advanced startup screen I just find myself staring at the blue screen unable to move anything like my mouse and keyboard are disconnected even though the power is working fine. When I go into my regular bios they work fine its just the advanced startup.

Version 25H2 (OS Build 26200.6899)

IIRC there are some bugs with latest CUs in 25H2, and seems one of those involves advanced startup. I might be wrong tho.
If I'm right, it's not you, it's a bug.

This issue was reported here before - it's same for my systems (tho on a laptop - the integrated keyboard does work, except for USB ports and attacked Mouse/KB). Tho, some claim their USB keyboard works just fine in Advanced Startup mode - so i guess it doesn't affect all systems. But it's tied to 25H2 (maybe even last update) - or at least i'm no aware of reports while using 24H2 (most had 25H2 - some even complained about this issue since the last update - but i didn't check before - so i can't say for sure).

It was the October 14 update that killed a bunch of things, it's been pretty widely reported and MSC knows all about it. With any luck, there'll be an out-of-band update soon to fix some of the new issues.

KB5066835 broke our logins. We use OES client logins and if after booting you wait more than a minute the kbd and mouse no longer work. If you login in less than 60 seconds things are up, life on the devices are fine and dandy. The patch fix KB5070773 does not fix this issue for me. Same issue.
