Set the time zone settings for Outlook.
Here's How:
1 Open the Outlook for Windows app.
2 Click/tap on the Settings (gear) icon on the toolbar. (see screenshot below)
3 In Settings, click/tap on General in the left pane, and click/tap on Language and time in the middle pane. (see screenshot below)
4 Select a Date format you want to use in the drop menu. (see screenshot below)
5 Select a Time format you want to use in the drop menu. (see screenshot below)
6 Click/tap on Save to apply. (see screenshot below)
7 You can now close the Settings window if you like.
