Sorry, my bad. Computer did have DDMMYY, through settings and "7/7/21", which is correct.
Screenshot is from later on. Besides, number-formats are little nuts, and it has been a problem with "short date-long-date" as long as I can remember.

Only real 3rd party tools I'm using are:

TranslucentTB
ToolTip

Both in the MS Store.

First makes the taskbar much more translucent.

Second is simply for nice Modern themed (with rounded corners) toast-style notifications for volume adjustment (a lot better than hte ugly Win11 one fom 212000.51), plus CAPS / NUM / SCROLL locks. And a couple others I don't actually use.

I think the Brits these days even Post Brexit are mainly metric apart from rediculous traffic circles every 200 metres on their roads (Roundabout capital of the Universe with traffic lights on them), miles per hour for speed limits and sales of Beer and Milk still in Pints (approx 454 ml).

E.g Swindon's "Magic Roundabout -- really is called that -- how in the world do drivers navigate this sort of nonsense safely !!!!
