Solved [Chrome->Brave] How do I turn off the annoying flashing white rectangular borders in my browser?

I'm using the Brave browser right now. I've been trying to figure out how to make it stop flashing white rectangular borders around the various HTML elements that you would click on in a browser window. I think this is some css rule that triggers on a click event handler. When you click on certain controls in the page it flashes a white rectangular border around the element and then the white rectangular border slowly fades away. I do not want this functionality anymore. I just downloaded and installed Firefox and the same behavior is nowhere to be seen. I did this to confirm it wasn't an underlying Windows 11 theme or accessibility issue. So, present in Chrome/Brave, nowhere to be seen in Firefox.

If I can't figure out how to get this Chromium issue resolved, I'm gonna be forced to jump ship to the ole Firefox. I can't deal with this stupidity any longer!

That's a no go. It's actually already toggled to the off position.

My God that was so easy to fix. Thank You! Now, I get to keep both browsers I guess. I'll have to weigh the pros and cons of each!
