Chrome remote desktop and HDMI sound, as in no sound when PC set to Nvidia HDMI sound

Is there any hope for sound to work without switching sound settings in win11?
I can get sound in remote desktop if I switch back to speaker output.
But I cant do that as win11 pc is connected to my DD 5.1 Sony amplifier.

I was using CRD on my android phone to watch TV coming out of the PC, but there is no sound. But the video is good.

CAN WIN11 set sound to output both Nvidia HDMI sound output and speaker output at the same time?

Incase this is confusing, I want to hear sound on Chrome remote desktop running on my Android phone with it connected to my win11 PC without having to change the sound output settings.

If there is a different remote desktop that also runs on android that can do that, please let me know.
