Hi folks, I had this problem that Chrome was very slow to load, about 2secs. I tried various things like disabling extensions, clearing cache etc. I found the solution was to rename the user data folder located in:
Users>Username>AppData>Local>Google>Chrome
Now it is back like lightning. If you ever have to do this make sure you sync everything you want before renaming to save having to change basic settings back to how you want them
