Clean Install of Win11 Pro and MSEdge and now Edge screen flash on startup

I did a full fresh windows 11 Pro install using Media creator USB.
I now have Win11 22H2 build 22621.1702

Everything is working fine except when I start MS Edge I get a double flash on the screen.
I have checked my video drivers for the Intel UHD 750 chipset.

I have stopped MS Edge from running in the background after I shut it down.
When I select the Edge desktop icon it will make a very fast screen flash which is like Edge is loading twice on top of itself.
I have checked in Task Manager and only shows 1 MS Edge loaded.

Hopefully some may suggest some ideas on how to stop this from happening.

PS this screen flashing doesn't happen with any other program.
I have also cleared Edge Cache and did a reinstall of Edge and still no change.
