As already mentioned, you can wish & wish and even sacrifice a lamb, but for 24H2 you need to have an SSE4.2 capable CPU.
You can bypass TPM2 requirements, but without a CPU supporting SSE4.2 you can not run 24H2. No amount of diagnostics or troubleshooting will change that.

I have a copy of 23H2 on my server if you want to download it. You’ll have to private message me as I don’t want Google picking up on my links and causing stress on my server.
I’m heading out shortly.

The FX-6300 is supposed to support SSE4.2.

Here's a link for anyone needing the 23H2 build of Windows. I'm posting this so that @antspants doesn't have to keep sharing his download with everyone. Anyone know how to download an OFFICIAL 23H2 ISO now that 24H2 is out?

But the UUDUMP link Winuser posted should be fine. UUDUMP is scary though, It gave me nightmares..

Some are still questioning the 6300 and whether it will work with 24H2. I suggested to go read post #8 where I showed it will work fine on a very similar motherboard. I still think there is something else going on in the OPs specific case....hardware wise.

If you have access to Visual Studio Subscriptions downloads, they keep ISOs for all supported versions of Windows 10 and 11 available. That includes 23H2. Just sayin...

I converted the disk to mbr and installed win 10, and it installed perfectly.

also, when I booted the system with the USB drive created with seetools, it says no operating system found. y so?

Sorry to be late... This thread caught my attention b/c I have a build with the same motherboard, same BIOS version and Windows 10. I'm not planning Windows 11 for this build but I might do it in the future. I've already noted down this link Install W11 on Gigabyte GA-970A about W11 in a similar board, but not the same.

The FX-6300 has SSE 4.2, Idk why the screenshot down the thread tells otherwise. The motherboard doesn't have TPM of any kind (I'm only 99% sure about this, but 100% sure it doesn't have TPM 2.0) what can by bypassed (I have never done it, my only W11 install is on a modern and 100% compatible miniPC). But the above configuration is wrong in one critical line:

OS Type: Other OS <- WRONG ("other OS" means Windows 7, Vista or XP)

It must say:

OS Type: Windows 8 <- RIGHT (it means Windows 8 and up)

This setting is actually the Legacy BIOS/UEFI selector. So Windows 10 can be installed with "Other OS" if the disk is MBR as told.

When you choose "Windows 8" it magically appears the "CSM Support" setting, that can be set to "Always" or "Never". The former does also allow installing W10 to an MBR disk, as I've done in my computer.

Frequently "Legacy BIOS" ("Other OS" in this board) and "UEFI w/ CSM on" are regarded as the same. I've always thought that the latter option would allow UEFI-GPT booting if included in the "Boot Mode Selection" setting (whose options are "UEFI and Legacy", "Legacy Only" and "UEFI Only").

The manual says that the settings "Boot Mode Selection" (already mentioned), "LAN PXE Boot Option ROM" ("Disabled", "Enabled"), and "Storage Boot Option Control" ("Legacy Only", "UEFI Only", "Legacy First", "UEFI First" and "Disabled"; the default option is always the first) are only available if "CSM Support" is set to "Always" (what requires "OS Type" = "Windows 8"), but it seems they also appear if "OS Type" = "Other OS". PXE with UEFI-GPT is done enabling "Network Stack".

The most othodox settings for Windows 11 would be:

"OS Type": "Windows 8"
"CSM Support": "Never"
"Other PCI Device ROM Priority": "UEFI OpROM"
"Secure Boot": any

"OnChip SATA Type": "AHCI" unless "RAID" is required to support a real RAID.
"OnChip SATA Port4/5 Type": "As SATA Type"

I once researched if "RAID" instead of AHCI would allow installing an AMD driver in place of the Windows 10 AHCI driver and possibly increase performance (the W10 AHCI driver performs well anyway), but I found an AMD page stating that setting AHCI and letting W10 install its driver is the correct way unless a RAID is done. As for the "IDE mode", this is actually a legacy from the XP age in which you could avoid the "F6 drivers" this way. XP accepts AHCI drivers but either the user must bother to install them at OS install time through the "F6 route", or afterwards in a motherboard like this that allows setting some ports in AHCI and others in IDE at the same time. The IDE mode may also be better for very old optical drives, but I'm a fan of optical drives myself and I haven't found any that has problems with the SATA port in AHCI.
