I found Edge's storage had grown to over 6 GB and kept growing. When I checked, it was the file and folder cache designed to speed up access to frequently used sites.
I have switched on option to clear cache each time I visit a site.
With a combination of I9 CPU, NVME drives and 900 mb/s internet, I barely detect any difference in loading of sites, and I no longer backup up all this garbage, making my image backups leaner and meaner.
