i engage in it everyday. today seems like the app isnt responding. what could be the cause.

nvm, i simply uninstalled it then reinstalled from the MS. its ok now. but i added openAI also from the MS as a backup.

Though OpenAI is ChatGPT's parent company, IMO the more human-like interaction of ChatGPT works best for me, though with the free account in Chatgpt has a limit to the number of times you can use it within a five hour window. Also IMO either far exceeds co-pilot in most cases,
