I am having a little difficulty understanding your issue, but there's no reason to apologize for the translation. It may take us a while but we will get on the same page. Let's start by me asking questions and you giving answers, ok?
1.Why are you using the theme patcher? There is no need to use a third party app.
2. Are you referring to Windows themes or Edge themes?
3. Are you able to download and install Windows themes from the MS Store successfully?
4. If you are referring to Edge themes, there are many you can install from the Chrome Web Store.
5. If you have a Windows themepack you want to install, copy it into this folder - It
MUST be in themepack format (theme)
C:\Users\
youraccount\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes
Double click on the theme and it should apply.
Note: If you do not see your appdata folder you will have to change folder options first.
- Open the Control Panel.
- Select File Explorer Options.
- Select the View tab of the File Explorer Options window.
- Check box by Choose Show hidden files, folders, and drives. ...
