Indeed, it shows v5.01, even though I copied all the files from Ian's 5.02 zip archive into the folder.
Today, KAP just will not work. It launches but freezes every time. Any attempt to use our workaround results in this:

I'm at my wit's end because the program is critical to the running of my companies.
Many companies run older discontinued software on older discontinued operating systems without issue. Visualization technology can help keep your system secure. If the program is as critical to running your companies as you state then perhaps dedicating your one PC to this cause would be a prudent choice. I still use Windows 7 too and yes, from time-to-time drivers can be an issue but apart from this I still maintain that Win 7 is a sensible OS. I run two main PCs and, for the most part, only go online via internet on one of them (laptops and entertainment not included).
If you're not doing so already I recommend dedicating the PC using KAP essentially for the purpose of using it for this purpose and little else.

- Gave Dell touch screen with Windows 11 to daughter and got me an OTVOC. Being a PC builder I own many desktop PCs as well. I am a father of five providing PCs, laptops, and tablets for all my family, most of which I have modified, rebuilt, or simply built from scratch. I do not own a cell phone, never have, never will.
