Several of my contacts are saying that they sometimes get a reject email when they email my outlook.com - but not every time. I have also had some rejected that I have sent to outlook.com /hotmail.com addresses. Has anyone else experienced this and solved the problem?

I digress with this question as I don’t actually know/can’t remember if when you send an email using outlook.com, to an outlook.com address, if it goes via your ISP. I’m having a blank moment. (Memory issues)
I asked because many reasons emails are rejected is due to something at your ISP
