Just noticed a neat feature in Hasleo where you can restore an mbr legacy bios installation automatically to uefi gpt mode as per tutorial below.
I have yet to test it but even though you can do it with Macrium Reflect, it is not as slick as this seems to be.

EDIT - this option is limited - it restores image as gpt rather than MBR but does not rebuild bcd so will not boot. I tried to follow up with Macrium "Fix Windows Boot Problems" but that failed as Reflect thinks the installation is still mbr athough drive is now gpt.
Apart from maybe converting a data drive to gpt, this option has no use. It is not a shortcut to using mbr2gpt.

[Solved] How to Restore an MBR System Backup Image to a GPT
This tutorial mainly describes how to use Hasleo Backup Suite to restore the MBR system backup image to GPT disk, and also introduces some knowledge related to restoring MBR system image to GPT disk.
