As the says, my CPU cores wont park whenever im on battery, but the moment i put it on the charger it can park cores. I have changed power plan values for minimal core parking but it does not do anything. The only thing that can help with it is turning on the battery saver from the quick settings area. I'm on the Windows 11 Insider edition
22H2 (OS Build 23435.1000)

Learning something new. Is core parking a default setting in W11? is there any differentiation between tower and laptop setups since towers don't utilize batteries?

I have found the culprit behind the problem: My power mode in power & sleep settings was set to "Best performance" which disabled core parking. I thought that setting only sets the speedshift value. Well, guess i was wrong :p

OK, now I see the entry in the Settings page and what the default is.
