Crash error in reliability history?

Should I be concerned about this .Exe app crash that happens every now and again on my new Legion Pro 5? Vantage never visibly crashes or throws up errors, this just shows up in the background. Not sure whether it would be appropriate / good idea to return the device like ChatGPT advises? Cheers!

The Fault Module name is Controllib.dll, which is an Intel Graphics loader for Windows. This is known to produce conflict with the Windows Start Menu, which may be related to your problem. You might want to try update your Graphics driver, to see if Intel have fixed it.

What happens when you manually run Lenovo Vantage? Does it run without error?

However, in your case if I was going to do anything I would uninstall Lenovo Vantage using Revo Uninstaller Free. Make sure to delete all leftover files and registry entries Revo finds. Restart. Revo offers a portable version. Revo Uninstaller Free
