You can download an all editions iso from MS but it will not include Enterprise.

I do not know if Enterprise is available yet.

If the edition that is installed on the computer is the Enterprise edition and if it is to be installed in-place, the ISO that you download directly from Microsoft contains the Enterprise version as well, I can assure you because I have done an Enterprise installation.

Perhaps, you did not understand: I have the isos of Windows 11 2022 Update multi edition and Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2.

How do I add the Enterprise edition to the first iso?

with "WinAIO Maker Professional v1.3" you can do this,
but it is a very old tool

You might perhaps work out how to do what you're asking for by reading this tenforums tutorial, or you could use Ventoy.

On the other hand, you don't really need your win11 enterprise iso to install win11 enterprise. A win10 or win11 pro install will be morphed to enterprise if you change the product key to a valid enterprise key. For testing, you can use a kms client activation key although, of course, it won't activate. This article discusses this in connection with win10, but it works substantially the same for win11.

There are two ways to do this (more if you count third party tools):

1) You can run a bunch of commands to do it manually. I can give you the commands if you want to do it manually, but I'll warn you it is a lot of work.

2) I wrote a program that will do it automatically with just a few simple questions to ask you. If you want me to provide that, let me know and I will get it to you along with step-by-step directions. The program simply runs all the commands for your automatically.

UUP Dump will have Enterprise ISO in the options -- -- but you will need a valid VL product key or Official KMS server to activate it. Don't use "Unofficial KMS solutions" -- often riddled with malware and in any case that whole system of KMS activation is being phased out by Ms.

Just download the relevant edition from UUPDUMP and on install select the relevant image to install using DISM /Apply-Image with the appropriate Image index.
