Hello @SIW2 ,
Thanks for tagfile.bat . It works when placed in any HDD/SSD drive.
First created a blank feefifo.txt and placed in USB NTFS root partition.
Then run tagfile.bat from just manager by right click and run as administrator. It shows
usb NTFS drive letter
Press any key to continue.....
Now it becomes easy to open that usb NTFS drive letter in just manager, right click setup.exe and the run as administrator. Setup starts right now to continue installation.

This feature seems to be only on some old Dell computers.
