Cumulative update fails to install

First time I tried to install this, the power went down during the update process and update failed.

But now it fails always. What should I do?

The error code is 8024000B.

Use System Restore to restore the PC to a point before you tried to install the CU.
Or better yet use a Image you created.
Rule #1 Always make a image or a Restore Point before installing a CU.

Why don't you just Google 8024000B? There are loads of articles there which explain the error and offer advice.
