I'm a bit confused with all these "Updates" for Ms Office

Is this a reasonably current version -- seems to have no problems as far as I can see .

No it's an old version - August 2021. My Office 2021 is 15330.20196. Click the box above and select "update now".

I'm confused. I have Office 2021 Home & Business. The version I have been using is 15330.20196.
Just now I got notice of 'update available', so.. updated without a problem but... now I have 15225.2088 ?
That seems like a downgrade to me, not an update. What's with MS loading older software ? They have done that to me
a couple times on my Intel graphics drivers.

OH, ok thanks... I use Excel but nothing but very simple spread-sheets and have not run into any issues. Thanks again.

Here we go on the Office 2021 Pro Plus BS again. Mine is 2205 and says up to date. There is nothing about it that's the same for everyone. Makes no sense and hasn't from the beginning when we all bought it for cheap. Guess if it works, it doesn't matter.

Maybe they're merging versions..., or discontinuing the Insider program altogether! 🤷‍♂️

My Non-Insider, Insider Current and Insider Beta are 2205, 2206 and 2208 respectively.

Actually 99% speak perfect English -- It's probably harder to find people in Central London who even speak it any more. I have a friend over there who is trying to get an appointment by a 119 call or whatever number they use these days for a Covid-19 vaccination appointment from their "Socialized central Health" system -- and he found it very hard to find English as an available language on their menus any more !!!!!!

Anyway enjoy the rest of the day (and actually it's not so difficult -- very phoenetic and simple grammar and syntax !!!!)- based on "Old Norse".

Just what it says. That is the build #. Not every update changes the version #. In between version changes, MS releases updates indicated by build #'s.
