Just wondering if David might be tempted to use his 'Libraries template' in this, could be an option you think ?

Hi Lucas, we have different time zones, I was in bed . Yeah, I created that logo 20 some years ago. It's a laptop because the work I do is build computers, repair and maintain. It wasn't my best work well, because I'm not that good with image software.

Bright red and dark blue and even black are colours I like. Sometimes, you might have a better idea than I would. I'm using 2 4k large 3840x2160 screens and my eyes are not getting better . All sizes would be appreciated

Lucas, I'm sure that you know what the difference is between an artist and one who isn't. I'm not an artist

Windows 11 uses more how should I say (might be wrong but I think you'll understand) more image based than reality icons. For me reality icons stand more the test of time.

That doesn't mean that a Photoshop image won't be good for me but I want it to have a processional look not a cartoon look (if that makes any sense).

You see, those laptops look like a very basic Asus low budget laptop. Am I making any sense ?

The blue base was part of the original image so, no doesn't make a difference.

Yeah, the one on the right. I imagine that the image will be more realistic. I think in this case, it's not really a case of colour because you can't have a realistic image in one colour. I hope you get my point .

@Lucas, I like the computer with the company name in it. For me it's more of an icon than a logo. Is it possible to create a logo that reassembles the original in lettering and reflection. A closed laptop. That, for me is harder to create but the latter, I can't create something as nice as you have but, here is what I tried out

I know this can be hit or miss. I go This PC and navigate to the root folder from there to change it. But sometimes a desktop.ini file can point you in the right direction if you modify it and point it to the ICO you want to use.

Mine did this with Fastboot off. If I turn it on the changed icons stay after 'reboot'

You two done a great work and the icons are great!

But, I want to request some form of application icon. You know that I have an Windows 11 compatibility checker (Win11CompChk) and in the next major build, I need to replace the batch file to EXE (beta testers still get the batch file version), and I need an icon on it. Thanks.

I'm no expert at this @jbcarreon123 but pretty much just using the Windows 11 available icons at present I rustled this together.
Probably a little down and dirty for you but feedback as you know is essential with these projects.
Anyways give me your opinion be it good or bad and we will see where we go from there.
